Located in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay, the Altus olive plantation has more than 120 hectares in an ideal zone to produce olives, surrounded by hills and embankments.

Olive varieties are Frantoio, Arbequina y Pickle, coming from Spain and Italy. Harvested in green and extracted by cold pressure, they produce a premium quality extra-virgin olive oil.
